Wes, an alumnus of West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, brings a unique blend of  discipline and business acumen to his role as Chief Operations Officer at AI Advantage Consulting. His experience as an infantry platoon leader at Fort Benning has honed his leadership skills and strategic thinking, which he now applies to ensure the smooth operation of our business. John joined AI Advantage Consulting in 2023, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in institutional investor outreach and equity research. As our Finance Officer, he provides invaluable financial insights and strategic direction, drawing from his academic background in Economics and Finance from Southern Methodist University. John's role is pivotal in helping our clients understand the financial implications and benefits of adopting AI solutions. His proficiency is enhanced by his FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, strengthening our commitment to operate within best financial practices.

Karl, a West Point graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, serves as our Communications Officer, expertly bridging the gap between AI and the people who use it. With a background as intriguing as it is diverse, Matt, a West Point graduate in Mechanical Engineering and an AH-64 Apache Helicopter pilot, serves as our Chief AI Engineer.
